Down To Lift

Helping a growing team feel at home on its website

Website refresh | Image updates

The challenge

Julz, the owner of Down To Lift, got in touch because her website needed updating. Like many small business owners, her time was better spent supporting her clients and coaching than trying to work through a growing website to-do list.

Her team had grown, but the website hadn’t caught up. Cat and Louise needed to be included, the group-class imagery needed refreshing, and the face-to-face section needed to properly introduce both Julz and Cat.

The work also needed to be completed in time for a local marketing push, so the deadline mattered.

My approach

Julz had a clear idea of what needed to change, so my job was to bring those updates together in a way that felt intentional and consistent with the existing Down To Lift brand.

We worked collaboratively through each section, making sure the new team members and services didn’t feel added on as an afterthought.

The goal wasn’t to rebuild the whole website. It was to make focused updates that reflected how much the business and its team had grown.

What I delivered

  • Updated homepage team image featuring Julz, Cat and Louise

  • Refreshed group-classes image

  • Updates to the face-to-face services section

  • Individual introductions for Julz and Cat

  • Updated service and pricing information

  • Layout changes to keep the website cohesive

The result

The refreshed website gave the full Down To Lift team a proper place within the business.

The updated sections felt consistent with the existing brand while presenting the team, services and pricing more clearly. Julz could then turn her attention back to her clients, knowing the website was ready for the upcoming marketing push.

Client feedback

“Simple, professional and the results were better than expected!” - Down To Lift

Julz said she felt supported, understood, confident in the process, calm and looked after. She also said the finished result reflected what she had in mind extremely well and that she couldn’t fault the service.
