Before we begin
You’ll need to provide:
Your logo
Brand colours, if available
The name, position and contact details to appear on the card
Any website, social media or other information you want included
Your chosen printer’s file specifications, if already known
Any examples or inspiration that may help guide the design
Logos should preferably be supplied as SVG, EPS, PDF or a transparent PNG. JPG files are accepted but should be at least 2,000 pixels wide and clear enough for printing. I’ll let you know if a supplied file isn’t suitable.
What happens next?
After receiving your payment and project details, I’ll review the information and confirm the expected timeframe.
I’ll create your business card design and send you a digital proof to review. We’ll then use the 2 included revision rounds to refine the design before I prepare the final print-ready file.
Please check all names, phone numbers, email addresses and other details carefully when reviewing your proof. You are responsible for approving the accuracy of the final content before printing.
Important information
This service includes design and file preparation only. Printing, shipping and communication with the printer aren’t included.
Special finishes such as embossing, foiling, spot UV or custom-shaped cards may require specialist artwork preparation and will be quoted separately.
Copyright in the final approved design will be assigned to you once full payment has been received. Drafts, rejected designs and working files remain the property of Wickintyre Design Co.
