I’ll refresh the wording, imagery and layout of 1 existing website page so visitors can understand your message, find important information and know what to do next.

This is ideal for a homepage, about page or services page that feels outdated, cluttered or no longer reflects your business.

The refresh will use the functionality available within your current Squarespace template and subscription.

How it works

1. Complete the website page refresh questionnaire.

2. Provide contributor access to your Squarespace website and supply your approved images and business information.

3. I’ll review the selected page and plan the refreshed content and layout.

4. I’ll update the page within your existing website.

5. You’ll review the draft page and provide 1 consolidated round of feedback.

6. I’ll complete the agreed revisions and prepare the page for your approval.

7. The refreshed page will only be published with your approval.

Before we begin

You’ll need to provide:

• The link to the page being refreshed

• Contributor access to your Squarespace website

• Your logo and current brand colours

• High-quality images you have permission to use

• Accurate information about your business and services

• Any required links, contact details and calls to action

• Examples or inspiration that may help guide the refresh

Your logo should preferably be supplied as an SVG, PNG, EPS or PDF. A high-resolution JPG can also be used where appropriate.

What isn’t included

• Building a new website

• Creating an entirely new page

• Refreshing additional pages

• Custom coding or template development

• Technical repairs or troubleshooting

• Plugin, domain, hosting or email support

• Online store setup

• Booking-system setup

• Full search engine optimisation

• Professional photography

• Purchasing stock images, fonts or other licensed assets

• Major changes to website navigation

• Changes that require a different Squarespace subscription

If the page requires significantly more than 750 words, complex functionality or a complete rebuild, I’ll contact you before beginning to discuss the scope and any additional cost.

Turnaround

Please allow approximately 2 weeks from the next business day after your questionnaire, website access, required content, images and deposit have been received.

Turnaround may be extended if required information is missing or website access is delayed.

Important information

This service is available for existing Squarespace websites only.

You’ll be asked to provide contributor access. Please don’t send passwords through the intake form or email.

Your included revision round must be supplied as 1 consolidated list within 7 days of receiving the draft. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will incur an additional fee.

You must confirm that you own or have permission to use all supplied logos, images, wording and other content.

The refreshed page will remain unpublished until you provide written approval. Wickintyre Design Co isn’t responsible for errors identified after final approval where the information was supplied or approved by the client.
